When you think of a life that flows from the guidance of your heart, what may it be that comes to mind? Within the rainbow of life that you are creating, so often there may be many sources of inspiration that can help allow for you to live from this place. Even within this very moment, if you look around your current environment, you may be delighted to recognize that there are sources of inspiration around you. When you are consciously choosing to immerse yourself within environments and situations or create environments that reflect heart alignment, you will naturally feel a sense of joy and inspiration.
There may be simple inspiration around you such as going outside and immersing yourself within the beauty all around you, noticing the plants and flowers, or it could also be feeling a sense of delight from the beauty around you in your home, such as some lovely murals on the walls, or even your own artistic creations as well. But how may you know if you are truly living a heart aligned life and moving from this place? The more you are tuned into that natural sense of delight within yourself, and feeling a sense of being alive, this is a good sign.
Each day you are presented with a variety of choices of how you may be choosing to spend your time, or also considering ways to spend your time within the future. When you are being honest in your heart about what lights you up, this is typically a good sign that you may be on the right path. On the other hand though, if you are constantly feeling drained or if your time is being given away in uninspiring ways, it’s important to tune into how you may choose to utilize your time in ways that are more conducive of living a heart aligned life.
As you become more and more thoughtful about choosing to create your life in this way, you will begin to recognize that others around you may feel more inspired to tune into the magic within themselves as well. As you hold the light within yourself, just moving from this place may inspire others around you to tap into the beauty of their essence even more as well. When the inner sanctuary within is activated, you begin to flow from this place, and thus create a sense of an outer sanctuary all around you wherever you go, simply from the energy you carry within your being.
Part of living a heart aligned life also means living from a place of gratitude, and choosing to see the highest within the people and situations around you as well. As you open the floodgates of gratitude within your heart, this in itself will help you to feel even more tuned into the joys around you. So consider what situations, people and opportunities help you to feel most tuned in, and consider how you may be able to place more of your focus and energy within these types of situations. Part of this may also mean noting down inspired ideas as well, or taking inspired action within the moment when heart aligned guidance is flowing to you.
A big part of living a heart aligned life also has to do with noticing the daily habits you create, and what you choose to prioritize. If you are being intentional about allowing space for what is meaningful for you, this will help your overall sense of life satisfaction to improve more and more. Sometimes in order to create more space for the good things though, you have to be willing to space out the types of tasks on your to do list that may be thought of as tedious or unpleasant in some way. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t prioritize to take care of things that truly need to get done, but if you are real with yourself about some of the tasks, you may recognize that not all of those tasks need to get done in the same week, and can space them out accordingly.
So often, people think that in order to make their lives better it has to do with adding more and more tasks, or making life even more complicated, when it may actually be that an even more beautiful life awaits once you can prioritize greater simplicity. It’s not always so much about the quantity of what you are doing and sharing, so much as the quality. And sometimes it’s better just to allow greater spaciousness in your schedule, such as creating more openness in your weekends so that you can spend time in quiet contemplation out in nature, or spending time with people and activities that help to fuel your joy.
As you continue to make space for a heart-aligned life, you will start to notice yourself feeling more lighthearted, joyous, and free. You will be living in oneness with your true essence, and from this place you can shine light and love in all the most unique and creative ways that you feel inspired. Life will become much more beautiful, joyous, and also so much easier. Everything you do will come from a flowing place, as you align more and more with your inner truth, and allow the Spirit within to guide your journey forward.
With Love,
Nicole
